The infrastructure entity indicates which of the plurality of schedulable wireless communication entities assigned to the group have been assigned a radio resource, for example in a first bitmap (510), and indicates radio resource allocation policy information (520) and indicates a weighting for each assigned wireless communication entity, for example, in a second bitmap (530), to the schedulable wireless communication entities that have been assigned a radio resource.
