In the washing machine having a cabinet forming an external portion of the washing machine and having a through hole defined through a portion of the cabinet and a drain pump installed on the cabinet, the drain pump includes a connection unit having one end passing through the through hole and protruding to an outside of the cabinet, an anti-vibration member affixed in the through hole to absorb the vibration of the drain pump, and a fixing member connected with the connection unit and pressing the anti-vibration member.
