The method determines (400) a first sort order (901) of the collection, and at least one alternate sort order (902) of the collection. At least items adjacent to the first item in the first sort order, and in the alternate sort order, are then compared (505). The method then displays a portion (103-107,208,209) of the items associated with the first item in each of the first sort order (103-107) and in the alternate sort order (208,209) based on the comparison.
