摘要：
When a coolant composition characterized in that ion exchange resin is uniformly dispersed in a water-based coolant is used as a coolant for a fuel cell stack from a viewpoint of high-voltage safety, eluted substance from parts in the cooling system is removed in the initial stages and with the passage of time, so as to stably maintain insulation properties of the coolant.
