Systems, methods, and techniques of rewarding spending and loyalty that includes obtaining from a participant a commitment to purchase goods and services from vendors and rewarding participants based on participant purchases are provided. Rewards include a distribution from a rewards fund established, for example, from commissions paid by vendors to the program administrator based in part upon purchases from the vendors by program participants. Rewards are distributed to participants preferably at defined periods or stages, such as a defined period of time of staying married, an age, or a level of purchasing from program vendors.
