A composition of a polyaniline conductive solution includes an aniline monomer solution, an aqueous solution, and an oxidizing initiator. In the composition, the aniline monomer solution comprises at least one kind of aniline monomers. The aqueous solution comprises an organic acid salt and water. After the aniline monomer solution and the aqueous solution are mixed together, a mix solution is formed. Moreover, the oxidizing initiator is used for catalyzing the polymerization of the aniline monomers.
