A sealing wall 240 of the lid (D) cooperates with the powder controlling features to prevent and minimize spills, and which include a substantially domed central section (344) positioned inwardly of the sealing wall (340). The substantially domed central section (344) is formed as part of the lid (D) and connected thereto by the sealing wall (34) and or an angled tapered wall (346).
