When the at least one kind of color ink has a color region shifted from a standard color region in the CIE-La*b* color coordinate system, a color region of ink, which is a complementary color of the at least one kind of color of ink having the shifted color region in the color coordinate system, is controlled to widen a color gamut so that clear and various color images are produced.
