Also a method of enabling two-way web services and stateful transactions that includes steps of providing an architecture of base services and meta-services, defining a first base service comprising a core component and an extension component, combining the first base service and a meta-service to create a first usable service, managing a relationship between the first usable service and a second service through dependency or binding or utility, and performing a stateful transaction using the first usable service.
