At least in a part of the accordion portion in the axial direction, a depth from apexes of the crest portions to bottoms of the trough portions includes a first depth corresponding to a part of the accordion portion in a circumferential direction and a second depth corresponding to a rest part of the accordion portion in the circumferential direction. The first depth and the second depth are different from each other.
