摘要：
Transmission and reception of a data unit such as RLC-PDU is performed more efficiently than the conventional method when a retransmission control is performed in radio communication such as mobile phone communication. If poll information is transmitted after RLC-SDU of a logical channel #1 has already been transmitted to a mobile phone terminal, the RLC-PDU is generated by using a header including the poll information but not by using the RLC-SDU on a layer 2 and then the RLC-PDU is sent to a layer 1.
