The resilience coefficient Ec of the center 8, the resilience coefficient Em of the core 4 and the resilience coefficient Eb of the golf ball 2 satisfy the following formulae (1) and (2): Ec>Eb≧Em   (1); Eb−Em≧Ec−Eb   (2). The difference (Eb−Em) between the resilience coefficient Eb and the resilience coefficient Em is equal to or greater than 0.004. The difference (Ec−Eb) between the resilience coefficient Ec and the resilience coefficient Eb is equal to or greater than 0.004.
