A tape strip constituting each of the tape fasteners is folded in Z- or inverted Z-shape and attached in such folded state to the outer surface of the wearing article by means of first adhesive. As for a spot at which the tape strip is attached to the outer surface of the wearing article, the nonwoven fabric at least partially presents a film-like outer surface.
