A first inclined cold cathode tube and a second inclined cold cathode tube are arranged in postures that incline the axis of each relative to the direction of illumination. The overall distribution of light intensity can be expanded by the amount of the relative inclination angles of the first inclined cold cathode tube and the second inclined cold cathode tube.
