It is provided that, on the lengthwise side of the support rod, there is at least one surface element which has a fastening surface for a web of film or fabric, the surface element having at least one fastening means or attaching the web of film or fabric to the fastening surface and the surface element being aligned such that the fastening surface is located essentially perpendicular to the floor of the area of space which is to be divided off.
