The terminal crimping device has the second wire conveying hand (2) for conveying the wire (14) at the terminal crimping section (6). The wire conveying hand (2) conveys the wire (14) without passing it from one side of the wire crimping pressing devices (6a) to the other side, so that an occurrence of a holding failure of the wire (14) is suppressed even if the number of the terminal crimping pressing devices (6a) is increased or the conveyance speed of the wire (14) is increased.
