In Formulae (II-1) and (II-2), Ar represents an aryl group, i and j each represent 0 or 1, T represents a divalent hydrocarbon group, and X represents a group represented by Formula (III). In Formula (III), R represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group.
