The mobile station is provided with storing means configured to store a conversion table between a combination of a plurality of parameters defined beforehand and an identifier representing the combination of the plurality of parameters; uplink transmission signal generation means configured to generate an uplink transmission signal including the identifier when performing uplink transmission; transmission means configured to transmit the uplink transmission signal to the radio access network apparatus; reception means configured to receive a downlink transmission signal transmitted by the radio access network apparatus; and parameter setting means configured to detect the identifier from the received downlink transmission signal, read and set a parameter based on the identifier.
