The memory stores the subscription data and configuration data. The processor receives activity data corresponding to a movement of an object and generates a report from the activity data as a function of the configuration data. The report includes information indicative of the movement of the object from a first location to a second location and is transmitted from the device to a client device in accordance with the subscription data.
