The display apparatus includes a memory which stores contents with voice information; a voice output unit which outputs a voice; a voice storage which receives and stores a voice of a user; and a controller which controls the voice output unit to selectively output one of the voice information stored in the memory or the voice of a user stored in the voice storage when reproducing the contents.
