The casing (26) accommodates an internal component (30) which is made of: a partition wall (31) of the separation area (19) and the accumulation area (20), a confining wall (32) of the internal heat exchanger (5) versus the accumulation area (20), and a pipe (33) which is between the confining wall (32) and the partition wall (31).
