The management apparatus identifies operation log information corresponding to a start operation, of the collected operation logs, as an operation start log information while identifying an operation log corresponding to an end operation as operation end log information. The management apparatus further associates the identified operation start log information and the job log information whose job type of the collected job log matches the job type of the operation end log information, with the operation start log information and the operation end log information.
