The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (A) has a sheet-like base material (1) and, integrally superimposed on one major surface of the base material (1), a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2). The adhesive layer (2) on its surface has multiple corrugated groove portions (3) consisting of alternate continuation of convex circular arc groove portion (31) and concave circular arc groove portion (32). The multiple corrugated groove portions (3) are provided at intervals in the direction of the amplitude of the corrugated groove portions (3). Providing that any arbitrary two corrugated groove portions being adjacent to each other in the direction of the amplitude of the corrugated groove portions (3) consist of the one corrugated groove portion (3a) and the other corrugated groove portion (3b), the total wavelength (S1) of convex circular arc groove portion (31a) and concave circular arc groove portion (32a) of the one corrugated groove portion (3a) is different from the total wavelength (S2) of convex circular arc groove portion (31b) and concave circular arc groove portion (32b) of the other corrugated groove portion (3b), which convex circular arc groove portion (31b) and concave circular arc groove portion (32b) respectively correspond to the convex circular arc groove portion (31a) and concave circular arc groove portion (32a) constructing the one corrugated groove portion (3a).
