The line head includes a substrate, a light emitting element disposed on the substrate in a first direction, and a wiring installed on the substrate so as to be withdrawn from one end of the substrate in a second direction perpendicular to or substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The one end is disposed to be the developing section side.
