摘要：
In a mobile communication system, a downlink MBMS channel is transmitted from a plurality of cells in timing synchronized with each other. The system includes: a unit configured to collectively transit a notification of setting up an uplink line for responding to the downlink MBMS channel to a plurality of user apparatuses specified by an upper node of the base station apparatus; a unit configured to set up the uplink line for a user apparatus that responds to the notification; and a unit configured to transfer a signal received from each user apparatus via the uplink line to the upper node.
