The actuator mechanism has a first member mounted for movement in a predetermined direction and a second member pivotally mounted on the first member for pivotal movement in a predetermined pivotal sense A. The actuator mechanism is adapted such that movement of the first member in the predetermined direction results in the second member moving therewith and pivoting in the predetermined pivotal sense and said pivotal movement of the second member in the predetermined pivotal sense results in the dispensing member moving from the first position to the second position.
