The first and second detection electrodes are adhered to a target skin to detect physiological signals. The physiological signal detection module is installed at the first detection electrode to generate physiological signal data from the physiological signals detected by the first and second detection electrodes. The power supply module is installed at the second detection electrode to supply power to the physiological signal detection module. The connection line connects the physiological signal detection module and the power supply module.
