On the first substrate, at least one first obstructing frame is formed between the sealant and the display area of the first substrate; on the second substrate, at least one second obstructing frame is formed between the sealant and the display area of the second substrate; the first obstructing frame and the second obstructing frame are disposed at an interval and parallel to each other; each of the first obstructing frame and second obstructing frame has a thickness smaller than a cell gap, and a sum of the thicknesses of a pair of the first obstructing frame and second obstructing frame that are adjacent to each other is greater than the cell gap.
