The convex lens has an edge with a thickness of substantially zero. The concave lens has a concave surface bonded to the first convex surface of the convex lens. Preferably, the peripheral portion of the concave lens extends radially outwardly beyond the convex lens to the extent that it is located within an area surrounded by an extension zone of the second convex surface of the convex lens.
