A method for dynamically managing network configuration and wireless subscription within a personal distributed network is described. The method comprises one or more client devices providing a device manager with necessary parameters at registration, and updating them on a need basis; the device manager storing the received parameters in memory; and one or more client devices communicating to device manager and passing network configuration and wireless subscription information.
