The inner container (2) is set in the outer container (1). The outer container (1) is movably sleeved with the inner container (2). The outer container (1) has a closed bottom surface (3). There is an extract holding chamber (4) at the bottom of the inner container (2). A retaining piece (7) or porous baffle plate is set in the bottom surface of the extract holding chamber (4). A filter screen cover (5) is set in the bottom surface of the inner container (2). There is a mechanical sealing device (8) between the side wall of the outer container (1) and the side wall of the inner container (2).
