A third organic EL element has a fifth electrode, a sixth electrode, and a third emitting layer. At least a part of the first and the second emitting layers extends on the third emitting layer. A thickness of the first emitting layer between the first and the second electrodes is thicker than a thickness of the first emitting layer extending on the second and the third emitting layers.
