The layer of non-woven material is in direct contact with the extruded inner tube and is fused thereto. The hose with an improved flow further includes at least one woven jacket disposed over and fused to the layer of non-woven material. The presence of the layer of non-woven material results in a smoother inner surface of the inner tube, which helps improve the flow of water in the hose, as well as in other favorable characteristics.
