An electromagnetic shielding device is disposed on the housing, and a protective device is disposed on the housing and is configured to protect against at least one of moisture and dust. At least two electrical connections are disposed in the housing, and at least one distribution system is disposed in the housing and is configured to selectively interconnect the at least two electrical connections, the at least one distribution system being positionable by the inner housing.
