The abutting section is disposed between the first and second notches. The locking mechanism is disposed in a cavity defined in the outer periphery of the hub and is retained therein by the sleeve. Also, the locking mechanism includes a control member, a resilient member, and a detent. The control member is moveably disposed in the cavity and is biased by the resilient member. The detent is carried by the control member.
