Further, the antenna portion includes a shorting arm overlapping and being separated from the metal frame, and electrically connected to the metal frame at a first location offset from a middle of an edge of the metal frame; and a feeding arm disposed in parallel to the shorting arm, and electrically connected to the power feeding portion at a second location offset from the middle.
