Furthermore, the magnetic valve apparatus (4) is provided for, among other things, battery housings, fuel cell housings as well as chemical or biological reactors. As a result of using a magnetic valve apparatus (4) as an excess pressure valve, the housing (2) can be designed to operate safely even after years of use, and in addition, the valve apparatus (4) can automatically change back into the closed position after an opening and a pressure degradation and can thus build up again a protection against the penetration of fluids into the inner space (5) of the housing without external action.
