It is an object of the invention to provide a laminated sheet with air permeability, water disintegratability and water impermeability.The sheet with air permeability, water disintegratability and water impermeability comprises a base material layer with air permeability and water disintegratability and a hydrophobic fine particle layer, wherein the hydrophobic fine particle layer is situated on the base material layer, and the surface of the hydrophobic fine particle layer on the side that is not in contact with the base material layer has a fine irregular structure formed by layering of the hydrophobic fine particles.
