When a predetermined condition is satisfied after a mobile terminal subscribes to the access group and is granted permission to temporarily access the access group during an access permit period, and the access permit period expires, the mobile communication system excludes the mobile terminal for which the access permit period has expired from destinations to which a calling message is transmitted through a base station included in the access group.
