At least one of the first and second electrodes has an electrically conductive polymer-containing layer containing a hydrophilic polymer binder and an electrically conductive polymer having a π conjugated electrically conductive polymer component and a polyanion component. At least a part of the electrically conductive polymer-containing layer is subjected to crosslinking, and the electrically conductive polymer-containing layer has been subjected to wet washing treatment.
