After images captured by a user have been divided into segments, the image characteristic quantity thereof is compared with a dictionary, metadata assigned thereto, and stored as primary content. Secondary content is generated with a secondary content creation unit, selecting primary content based on metadata designated in a story template as raw images, and distributing same to the user. If a request for correction is made, the user will initiate the correction by selecting a replacement image from the primary content list. The correction information will also be used in dictionary updates, etc.
