A fastener is disclosed. The fastener includes a housing, a cage, a plurality of retaining members and a plunger. The plunger is at least partially movable within said cage between a first position to cause said one or more retaining members to be displaced radially outwardly thereby mechanically coupling said housing to said cage, and a second position to allow said one or more retaining members to be displaced radially inwardly thereby allowing said housing to be uncoupled from said cage.
