A PSA sheet 10 comprises a middle layer 12 that comprises an acrylic block copolymer as its base polymer and is adhesive at 23° C., a release layer 14 that is laminated on a first face 12A of the middle layer 12 and is releasable from the middle layer, and a non-releasing layer 16 that is laminated on a second face 12B of the middle layer 12 and is non-releasable relative to the middle layer. The non-releasing layer 16 may be adhesive or non-adhesive at 23° C.
