A method of operation of a wireless communication system includes: transmitting from a serving eNodeB for conveying a desired input signal to a first user electronics; transmitting from a neighbor eNodeB for conveying the desired input signal to a second user electronics and broadcasting an interference input signal toward the first user electronics;activating a request additional parametric information module in the serving eNodeB for responding to the first user electronics; and transferring additional parametric information from the serving eNodeB for negating the interference input signal in the first user electronics.
