There is provided an electroacoustic transducer including: an oscillation device (10m) that outputs a sound wave (30) from a first vibrating surface, and outputs a sound wave (32), having an opposite phase to that of the sound wave (30), from a second vibrating surface which is opposite to the first vibrating surface; a waveguide (40) that is provided on the first vibrating surface and that includes an open end (46); a waveguide (50) that is provided on the second vibrating surface, and includes an open end (56) which faces the same direction as the open end (46); and a sound wave filter (80) that is provided in the waveguide (50) and attenuates the sound wave (32).
