The method performed by a network server includes receiving a first data from a first radio frame on a UL DPDCH, despreading the first data with a fixed spreading factor, de-rate matching the despreaded first data with a plurality of de-rate matching schemes, and determining a transport format of the first data that is being used based on all decoded data.
