The apparatus includes a feature extraction unit configured to extract predetermined feature data of unstructured data output from a plurality of unstructured data sensors, a metadata forming unit configured to form the feature data of the unstructured data collected by the feature extraction unit as metadata including all attributes of the structured data and the unstructured data, a metadata parser unit configured to parse the metadata formed by the metadata forming unit, and an event processing unit configured to process event generation defined by a result of parsing in the metadata parser unit.
