A multilayer elastic film which comprises a layer (A) formed of polypropylene (A) satisfying the following (a) to (d) and a layer (B) formed of a polyolefin resin or a polyolefin resin composition, and also satisfies the following formula (1): (a) (mmmm)=20 to 60% by mol, (b) (rrrr)/(1−(mmmm))≦0.1, (c) (rmrm)>2.5% by mol, and (d) (mm)×(rr)/(mr)2≦2.0; and Y≦600/X (1), wherein Y (%)=crystallinity of the resin or the resin composition to constitute the layer (B), and X (%) 32 total thickness of the layer (B)/total thickness of the multilayer elastic film×100.
