The radio communication device may include: a measurement circuit configured to measure a reception quality of a signal from another radio communication device; a retention time determiner configured to determine a retention time based on the measured reception quality; and a memory configured to store information related to the other radio communication device for a period of time, the period of time based on the determined retention time.
