The method includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), wireless local area network (WLAN) access information from a base station, performing, by the UE, an initial channel access to an access point (AP) based on the WLAN access information, wherein the WLAN access information includes beacon information to receive a beacon frame from the AP, identity information indicating an identifier of the AP and measurement information indicating a measurement configuration of the UE.
